I got this App to track my fibromyalgia symptoms. And it is helpful. I was sick recently and at dr visit I was able to pull out my phone and report when symptoms started, duration, and detailed info. I love the reports I can email to get a bigger picture of what is going in with my health.

I just put this on my home screen. Simple, and easy to use. Perfect illness tracker. I have the developers Knot Guide also which led me here. The developers are always updating their Knot Guide, and I expect they will do same here.

Please , please is there anyway it can be accessed on the pc as well and sync between them. I would even pay for that ability as well . please look into the possibility ..

Ive never written an app review before but I felt I should because this really is a great app! I have been using this for two days to track both of my daughters symptoms and am very pleased with the interface and usability of this app. The only thing I would suggest is that you should be able to enter decimals or fractions for medication doseages, i.e. 1/2 tsp. or 2.5 ml, rather than being limited to entering whole numbers. Overrall, wonderful program and more than worth the money!

Ive used this app since the beginning - awesome. One request. Ive backed it up regularly - had to restore my phone - lost all data. I need an import as well as export. Thanks.

worth the money. i use it daily to track my pain levels. it needs more features luke mentioned in some of the other reviews. howwver, for me it does the job.

This good ground-level app would benefit from the addition of the ability to record multiple symptoms daily, which could make it even more applicable for a wider variety of conditions. Im in PT, and need to be able to easily track symptoms throughout the day-cant do that yet with this app. Im hopeful.....

I highly recommend this app. Now, I can answer my doctors questions with confidence. I am able to record health-related information in one convenient location. The developers are super responsive and true to their word!

I find this app very helpful. I was thrilled to see the new name with the update. Ive used it all along to record health and wellness information, not simply illnesses.

Would like to see a weight category and also for new prescription, not just dosage, but also frequency. Otherwise, this will be helpful.

My icon says Friday, all the time. Fix this, add ability to record weight, and itd be 5 stars. New name awesome.

I use this app for daily notes and pain records. Very useful for this. Good price at .99. Although, with the update the app icon is now cheesy, it always says Friday and the UI is a bit under designed, and when I open it, I get a propaganda picture of the perfect healthy family, with no issues, all having a hunky dory time. This picture reminds me of the pharmacutical ads on TV where if you take this pill or that pill your life will be perfect. This is the iPhone, I want a hip icon with a hip app UI and I could do without the stock photo

Its way too easy to record your medication, hit save, hit save a 2nd time and Forget to HIT SAVE yet a 3rd time and loose the damn reading!!!! That should NEVER HAPPEN!!! Really moronic bug guys.

This app is very useful for anyone with a chronic illness, or kids! Love the new update! (Thanks for changing the look back!) Please make it so if you forget to save the second time it still saves! Thanks. =)

Would Like to add immunization record and birth stats for my child such as weight, measurements, time of birth, etc.

Fix something but break something else? Apparently no regression testing is being done. The fever indicator was fixed and the obtrusive picture was removed, but now when you try to update a previous day, it removes all your data for that day!! And now when you enter data on a new day, it does not save. Im afraid Ill open the app one day and all of my data will be gone! PLEASE FIX and PLEASE TEST!!! The last fixes are appreciated, but please do regression testing to determine whether you broke something else as a result of your fix! I would like to be able to add stars rather than remove them.

This app is GREAT, it is just what I was looking for. LOVE how you can add information for different people, and have a different calendar for each person. All the little icons on the calendar are GREAT for a quick glance to see what was going on that day. For even more detail, you just touch the day and get an easy to read screen with all the data you entered, and you can also add notes. Summary option is great too, so you can filter out all the sick days (or doctor appointments, meds, notes, temp, info, pain, etc.) and see a summary of just those entries. Easy to understand interface, easy to add information. Does exactly what it says it will. BRAVO!!!

I really liked this app until the most recent update. Now when I update a day with my daughters new temperature or new medicine dosage it deletes all of the temperatures, notes, and medicine dosages Ive previously saved! Please fix this so that I can use this app again.

I have a son with a chronic medical condition. When health problems arise, I can easily grab my phone to input symptoms and track their severity and frequency. I can then email a summary spreadsheet to my husband, my sons doctors or myself to print a hard copy. This is a must have for anyone who deals with medical issues.
