I have a son with a chronic medical condition. When health problems arise, I can easily grab my phone to input symptoms and track their severity and frequency. I can then email a summary spreadsheet to my husband, my sons doctors or myself to print a hard copy. This is a must have for anyone who deals with medical issues.
